The 2008 global economic crisis was a catalyst for change and motivated the Evai Founders to learn from the failings of the traditional financial sector to build a decentralised ratings model fit for the fast-emerging crypto market. Evai was formed in June 2019 with the Crypto Ratings platform built upon Nobel Prize winning theory and world leading liquidity and asset pricing research. The analysis of 80 years of US Stock Market data inspired the initial creation of Evai’s Multi-Factor Model, which has been coupled with AI and Machine Learning to provide unbiased Crypto Ratings.
